Amy is a Nutritionist and Wellbeing Coach, with a passion for helping people to become their healthiest and happiest self!

Amy supports clients struggling with a wide range of health concerns, from IBS to menopause and has a special interest in fatigue-related conditions, including chronic fatigue syndrome / ME and post viral fatigue (including long-Covid).

Working in a holistic way, Amy will seek to uncover the root cause of your ill health and provide nutrition and lifestyle support to bring you back into balance.
