We offer up to 10 classes per day plus specialised weekly workshops

Whether you are a novice or an expert ALL our classes are SUITABLE FOR YOU.
Our instructors are well qualified and experienced so can adapt the class accordingly to suit all our clients.

We offer friendly and challenging sessions with a great atmosphere that will keep you wanting more. Speak to a member of staff for advice about which session is most suitable for you.

We require a minimum of 2 hours notice to cancel a class so the cost can be credited to your MINDBODY account. If less than 2 hours notice is given, none of the cost will be credited.

NON-AERIAL CLASSES
30 minute class £5. Valid for 30 days

Weekly Pass £20. This is a one-off payment that gives you 7 days of unlimited Non-Aerial classes. Valid for 7 days at date of purchase.

Monthly Pass £45. This is a one-off payment that gives you a month of unlimited Non-Aerial classes. Valid for a month at date of purchase.

3 months unlimited autopay £40 This is a monthly payment for 3 months. It takes the hassle out of having to buy a monthly pass every 30 days. Only Non-Aerial classes can be booked with this option. A payment of £35 will be taken from your bank account each month. This cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months. It can be cancelled at any time after the initial 3 month period, 7 days notice is needed to cancel. After the initial chosen 3 months this option automatically renews. Workshops & Therapies are not included. Can only be bought at reception.

Aerial Yoga

AERIAL YOGA Using hammocks we will combine Yoga postures, Pilates exercises & dance moves...(however we will not be dancing). Beginners and workout junkies will love this class. All exercises are performed with the aid of the hammock and you will leave feeling taller, stronger & more playful....you might even go upside down.

Ashtanga Yoga

ASHTANGA YOGA was founded by Pattabhi Jois and is not for the faint hearted. If you are looking for a demanding Yoga class that is going to challenge you physically then this is the one for you.

Barre

Pilates, Yoga, dance moves and functional exercises are combined with the barre to give you this fun workout. Our sessions are energising, hard on muscles and easy on joints.

Traditional Yoga moves working on strength, flexibility, balance & breath which will leave you feeling energised. Each class is different.

Dance Aerobics

This is a movement class combining aerobics with dance. With music in the background this class will leave you feeling good and energised ready for the rest of your day.

Bring peace to the mind and body with this traditional yoga practice. The class consists of asanas (postures) & pranayama (breathing exercises). This class is a great stress reliever and improves strength and stamina of both mind & body.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga

FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA is a contemporary approach to Yoga that mixes traditional yoga postures, stretches & balances with fitness principles. In Freestyle Fitness Yoga we concentrate on the physical aspect of Yoga rather than the spiritual.

Flexi Kids

For 5 - 10 year old boys and girls. Fun yoga poses to help with flexibility and concentration. Each term has a focus to help with mindfulness, balance, coordination and the practice of different yoga poses in a fun way. Guaranteed fun & smiles!

Pilates

PILATES was created by Joseph H Pilates in the early 20th century. It works core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. It helps to re-align the body whilst strengthening the stabilising muscles of the body.

Stretch & Relax

STRETCH & RELAX Lengthen, re-align, improve your posture and balance. Working with our breath we will stretch for 45 mins with lying or standing exercises before relaxing for a wonderful 15 minutes.

Tai Chi

TAI CHI originates from ancient China and was originally developed as a martial art. Flowing movements are combined with deep breathing & relaxation making it gentle on the joints.

Trigger Point

This class takes Pilate’s core moves and applies clinical Myofascial principles to help alleviate chronic pain conditions. The class is designed to release tight muscles and enhance functional daily movement, and restructure the body. Equipment is used to release and re align the body.

Vinyasa

VINYASA ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. The Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and some more challenging postures as well as focusing on the power of breath awareness.

Yin Yoga

YIN YOGA is a deep practice that encourages the body to relax rather than engage. Yin is a perspective shift, it is as much a mental practice as it is a physical practice, moving inwardly to find a balanced state of peace. In this practice we focus on releasing the connective tissue “fascia” to create range of motion in our joints and muscles by targeting ligaments, bones and joints. Yin generally targets the hips, lower back and legs. Yin Yoga is the perfect counter to the fiery Yang practice of Ashtanga or Vinyasa.

Flexi Teens

For 11-15 year old boys and girls - this Yoga class will focus on breath, posture, balance, coordination, strength & flexibility.

Sanctuary hooked me instantly with the Aerial workshop on opening weekend. Natalie and Carol are both brilliant at instructing and deliver a good workout with a fun element. I have been doing Aerial yoga once a week since the opening and can honestly say it doesn’t take long to build confidence and trust in the hammock. Each session has different challenges so it is never boring. I am loving getting upside down in many different ways. It is a great experience and leaves you feeling exhilarated. There is a warm and friendly vibe from entering to leaving the studio. The on line booking app is easy to use and there are flexible payment options. Try a class you won’t be disappointed.
