Come and familiarise yourself with the hammocks in our Aerial Yoga classes. You will learn various exercises and tricks on & with the hammock. Each class will be different and lots of fun!
• Please wear a long sleeved top.
• Avoid wearing zips or items of clothing that could snag the fabric.
• Remove all jewellery.
• Avoid wearing strong perfumes, body spray, oil or body lotion.
• Eat at least two hours before workshop commences & do not drink smoothies & fizzy drinks up to 1 hour before.
• Tight leggings are recommended rather than loose bottoms.
• Ensure you let your instructor know of any injuries or illnesses PRIOR to the start of the class.
• Throughout the class take responsibility for yourself.
• Listen carefully to the instructor.
• Listen to your body and quietly observe how your body feels.
• Rest if you need to at any point.
Ask the instructor questions at any point… There is no such thing as a silly question.
