Aerial Yoga

Come and familiarise yourself with the hammocks in our Aerial Yoga classes. You will learn various exercises and tricks on & with the hammock. Each class will be different and lots of fun!

Aerial Yoga will improve your balance, muscular strength, flexibility and can help with stress relief.

  • Please wear a long sleeved top.
  • Avoid wearing zips or items of clothing that could snag the fabric.
  • Remove all jewellery.
  • Avoid wearing strong perfumes, body spray, oil or body lotion.
  • Eat at least two hours before workshop commences & do not drink smoothies & fizzy drinks up to 1 hour before.
  • Tight leggings are recommended rather than loose bottoms.

Aerial Yoga

is not suitable for people who:

  • have had recent eye surgery
  • are pregnant
  • suffer with glaucoma
  • suffer from vertigo
  • have had recent surgery
  • suffer with very high or very low blood pressure
  • have heart disease
  • have osteoporosis
  • are suffering from a cold, flu or sinusitis
  • have got recent head injuries
  • have had a recent stroke
  • have got epilepsy
  • have got a slipped or bulging disc
  • knee or hip replacements
  • have had Botox up to 48 hours before start of class
  • suffer from spinal injury

Ensure you let your instructor know of any injuries or illnesses PRIOR to the start of the class.

Throughout the class take responsibility for yourself.
Listen carefully to the instructor.

Listen to your body and quietly observe how your body feels.
Rest if you need to at any point.

Ask the instructor questions at any point… There is no such thing as a silly question.

Everyone should try Ariel Yoga, I highly recommend it. Barre Pilates is a great workout and has become my favourite class. Trigger Point Pilates really helps to relieve muscle tension. All classes are great and challenging in the right ways.
I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to do Yoga or Pilates!
