Come and familiarise yourself with the hammocks in our Aerial Yoga classes. You will learn various exercises and tricks on & with the hammock. Each class will be different and lots of fun!
Aerial Yoga will improve your balance, muscular strength, flexibility and can help with stress relief.
- Please wear a long sleeved top.
- Avoid wearing zips or items of clothing that could snag the fabric.
- Remove all jewellery.
- Avoid wearing strong perfumes, body spray, oil or body lotion.
- Eat at least two hours before workshop commences & do not drink smoothies & fizzy drinks up to 1 hour before.
- Tight leggings are recommended rather than loose bottoms.
