The Gong Relaxation Experience.A Gong Relaxation Sound Bath is a fantastic way to leave behind the stresses of modern life. It is also a great introduction to Sound Healing and Sound Therapy.

The Gong is played gently along with Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls. The captivating tones will lull you into a deep, restorative, relaxation.

There are a number of health benefits associated with achieving this state of deep relaxation: lower blood pressure, increased blood circulation, balancing of the nervous system, reduced mind chatter, better sleep patterns.

Some people gain mental clarity or feel very energised by the sessions. The session may even enhance your creativity. Some people also experience a reduced sense of pain, plus relief from symptoms of ongoing medical conditions and illnesses.

The sound helps to induce our natural relaxation response, taking us out of ‘fight or flight’ mode and into our restorative, parasympathetic state.

People with auto-immune conditions and conditions involving the nervous system seem to feel considerable benefits.

Participants generally leave with a feeling of inner peace and tranquility and a reduced sense of stress, anxiety or worry.

A Gong Relaxation works on all levels of your being – mind, body, soul & spirit. The sound vibrations will provide a ‘sonic massage’ to your physical self and subtle energy fields, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored.

Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket, a pillow or anything else you might need to make yourself cosy. Also, if you are unsure of the hammock feel free to grab a mat and get comfortable on the ground instead.

Downward Facing Dog is one of the most recognisable poses in yoga, yet many people find it uncomfortable, unstable, or confusing.

In this workshop we’ll explore the mechanics of the pose and how small adjustments can completely change how it feels in the body.

Rather than chasing a “perfect” shape, we’ll focus on creating support, strength, and space.

Together we’ll look at:

* how the hands and arms support the shoulders
* how to lengthen the spine without straining the hamstrings
* how stance width affects stability
* common mistakes and how to adjust them
* variations that make the pose more accessible

Through guided exploration, movement, and practical alignment tips, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of how to adapt Downward Facing Dog for your body.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who practises yoga — whether you’re new to the pose or looking to refine your technique.

Come curious, and leave with a Downward Dog that feels stronger, lighter, and more supportive.

This is the space we often rush past, try to fix or to figure out. But this in-between holds its own intelligence.

Just after Beltane, a time of fire, aliveness and awakening there is a quieter phase that follows.

Where what has been stirred begins to settle and the energy softens into something more embodied. This is where becoming happens, gently and in its own time.

This circle is a space to land within that.
To pause.
To breathe.
To come back into your body.

To meet yourself in the middle of it all and find a place of peace and connection without needing to have all the answers.

Through guided practice, reflection and shared space, we’ll gently explore what is shifting, what is asking to be softened, and what is quietly becoming beneath the surface.

Everyone should try Ariel Yoga, I highly recommend it. Barre Pilates is a great workout and has become my favourite class. Trigger Point Pilates really helps to relieve muscle tension. All classes are great and challenging in the right ways.
