We offer up to 7 classes per day plus specialised workshops

Whether you are a novice or an expert ALL our classes are SUITABLE FOR YOU.
Our instructors are well qualified and experienced so can adapt the class accordingly to suit all our clients.

We offer friendly and challenging sessions with a great atmosphere that will keep you wanting more. Speak to a member of staff for advice about which session is most suitable for you.

From Monday 14th September 2020 we are changing our cancellation policy. We appreciate life can get in the way sometimes and we can’t always make a session we’ve planned to enjoy. If you cannot make the session you have booked, please cancel before 12 hours of the class start time to receive a refund in the form of a class credit (the class credit must be used within 30 days from date of sale). Classes cancelled after this time will be lost.

30 minute class £6.50. Valid for 30 days

Weekly Pass £28. This is a one-off payment that gives you 7 days of unlimited Non-Aerial classes. Valid for 7 days at date of purchase.

Monthly Pass £55. This is a one-off payment that gives you a month of unlimited Non-Aerial classes. Valid for a month at date of purchase.

3 months unlimited autopay £48 This is a monthly payment for 3 months. Only Non-Aerial classes can be booked with this option.  With this option you get access to our Studio & Online classes & our On Demand Video Library. A payment of £48 will be taken from your bank account each month. This cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months. It can be cancelled at any time after the initial 3 month period, 7 days written notice by email is needed to cancel. After the initial chosen 3 months this option automatically renews. Workshops & Therapies are not included. Can only be bought at reception.

On Demand Video Library Membership £22 per month

Our On Demand Video Library Membership gives you access to 1000s of classes with new ones being added weekly – All for only £22 per month. This membership can be purchased through the ‘Buy Now’ button below or by calling our reception. After the first month you can cancel your On Demand Video Library membership anytime.

10 class pass £100 (£10 per class). Valid for 12 weeks. One pass person (cannot be shared).

Aerial Yoga

AERIAL YOGA Using hammocks we will combine Yoga postures, Pilates exercises & dance moves...(however we will not be dancing). Beginners and workout junkies will love this class. All exercises are performed with the aid of the hammock and you will leave feeling taller, stronger & more playful....you might even go upside down.

Power Flow

POWER FLOW Is a strong, dynamic, invigorating & energising Yoga class with the focus on strength & fitness. This class will wake you up on a Friday morning and set you up for the weekend ahead!

Yoga

In our YOGA classes we practice traditional Yoga moves working on strength, flexibility, balance & breath. Each class is different as each Instructor has their own style. Our YOGA classes are a mix of hatha, vinyasa, yin plus more, so please speak to us if you are unsure which class is suitable for you.

Vinyasa

VINYASA ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. The Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures and some more challenging postures as well as focusing on the power of breath awareness.

Yin Yoga

YIN YOGA is a deep practice that encourages the body to relax rather than engage. In this practice we focus on releasing the connective tissue “fascia” to create range of motion in our joints and muscles by targeting ligaments, bones and joints. Yin generally targets the hips, lower back and legs.

Pilates

PILATES was created by Joseph H Pilates in the early 20th century. It works core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. It helps to re-align the body whilst strengthening the stabilising muscles of the body.

Easy Yoga

EASY YOGA is ideal for complete beginners. It is also ideal for those with any joint issues or for those of you who are just wanting to wind down for an hour. The class will include an EASY YOGA practice for 45 minutes followed by a blissful 15 minutes of breathing practice, relaxation & meditation.

Trigger Point

This class takes Pilate’s core moves and applies clinical Myofascial principles to help alleviate chronic pain conditions. The class is designed to release tight muscles and enhance functional daily movement, and restructure the body. Equipment is used to release and re align the body.

Barre

Pilates, Yoga, dance moves and functional exercises are combined with the barre to give you this fun workout. Our sessions are energising, hard on muscles and easy on joints.

A whole 30 minutes dedicated to your abdominals and back. Ideal to slot in to your busy schedule.
